Nihonbashi Takashimaya
A ceramic artist living in Aichi Prefecture. He studied ceramics in Seto. While utilizing a technique called “hotaru-de” which creates translucent patterns, he continues to pursue his original aesthetic expressions full of limpidity.
Born in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan
Graduated from Aichi Prefectural Seto Pottery Senior High School, Advanced Course in Ceramics
Apprenticed to Masanori Hatano, ceramic artist
