Following its presentations at Milan Design Week in April and 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen in June, Time & Style presents its 2026 New Collection at Tokyo and Osaka showrooms, featuring over 20 new designs and 24 new upholstery fabrics.
Rooted in Eastern philosophy and the wisdom of traditional craftsmanship, Time & Style creates designs that emerge from the dialogue between heritage and innovation. As an island nation, Japan has long embraced diverse cultures from across the seas, transforming them into distinctive forms of expression. At the same time, the country’s varied climate and landscapes have nurtured regional materials, techniques, and crafts traditions unique to each locality. For more than 30 years, Time & Style has remained committed to uncovering the essential values and distinctive character rooted in these traditions. Guided by an Eastern perspective while embracing contemporary living, the brand presents timeless designs that seamlessly complement modern lifestyles across cultures.
The exhibition highlights the Time & Style Collection, celebrating Japanese materials and craftsmanship through new designs including “Grid Composition,” a solid Hokkaido oak storage system; “Landscape seating elements,” modular sofas inspired by mountain landscapes and open plains; and the “Yoshino Breath Armchair,” crafted entirely from Yoshino cedar using traditional techniques. It also debuts new collaborations with international designers, including Kensaku Oshiro, Drill Design, OEO Studio, Imagebook, Yumi Terauchi, Osamu Saruyama, and Wohl Hütte, blending Japanese aesthetics with exceptional artisanal craftsmanship.
Under the theme of “meeting horizons,” the exhibition envisions a world where horizons connect rather than divide. Through its new collection — crafted from the finest materials and exceptional craftsmanship — Time & Style invites visitors to embrace a sense of harmony that transcends cultures and distances in everyday life.
